Undurra Angelique

Chestnut/grey mare

Born 27.09.95
15.2h

Sire: Simeon Seth'na (Holland) Straight Russian

Dam: Ralvon Quiseet (Ralvon Pilgrim) Australian Top 10 Mare

Angelique has inherited her dam's sensational movement and her sire's smooth conformation. She has a very sweet nature and is a worthy daughter of our 1982 Australian Top 10 mare Ralvon Quiseet.

Angelique carries treasured bloodlines and she produces truly beautiful foals including black foals. Her foals are smooth bodied, athletic and very typey. Angelique is the dam of Undurra Zahir Shah, an extremely successful endurance arabian competing in South Australia and whose future is set for the Quilty, Australia's most gruelling endurance ride.

Undurra Zahir Shah born in '01 is now owned and ridden by Anne Simmons. Zahir Shah and Anne were awarded South Australia's High Point Endurance Horse and  Rider (Middleweight) for 2008 - a wonderful achievement and great credit to Zahir Shah's dam Undurra Angelique and sire Simeon Shoah.

Recently, Undurra Zahir Shah, ridden by Anne Simmons, had the distinction of successfully completing the 2010 160 km Manilla Tom Quilty Gold Cup Endurance Ride (the Quilty!) held in Manilla, New South  Wales, Australia. What a great achievement for Anne and Zahir Shah and another tribute to Zahir Shah's bloodlines.

Undurra Sho'Prince, Angelique's  '02 gelding son by Simeon Shoah, is very tall and is now a special member of the Wibberley family in South Australia. He is regularly ridden in his seaside environment and will never be sold - so treasured is he by the family.

Undurra Braveheart, born in '04, is a full brother to Zahir Shah and Sho'Prince. Braveheart is now owned by Craig Wall in Tasmania and he is destined for a big future in endurance with Craig. Braveheart, ridden by Craig, recently won the 80 km  Oss Foley Ride (Heavyweight) and was awarded Best Conditioned Horse (Heavyweight).

Undurra Angelique's daughter by Simeon Shatah, born in '05, is the athletic and beautiful mare Undurra Evangelique. She has recently been sold to A Mutalib Ismail and has been exported to Penang, Malaysia.  Mutalib has a future in endurance planned for Evangelique, but not until she has reared her foal, due in 2011. She is due to foal to Simeon Shoah  - whether it is a filly or a colt, this foal will undoubtedly have the bloodlines for endurance.
